WHERE TO STAY
Tivoli Lodge
We have a room block at Tivoli Lodge. Room rates will be between $289 and $319 a night. To book please use the link below or call 970-476-5615 ext:0 and note you are part of the Buchanan/Tuohy Wedding. Ask for Donovan or Debbie to assist.
For online booking, please select your check-in and check-out dates on the calendar. Note: You can still book a Sunday check-out, even if the date shows an “X.”
The rate will be honored before and after the blocked dates, but you must call reservations in order to get the same rate.
Getting To Vail
We recommend flying into either Denver International Airport (DEN) or Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE). Vail is approximately a two-hour drive from Denver* and about 20 minutes from Eagle County Regional Airport.
*Please note that I-70 can be unpredictable due to traffic, construction, and weather. Heavy mountain traffic is common on Friday afternoons, so we suggest arriving on Thursday or Friday morning when possible.
Epic Mountain Express
This is a shuttle company that offers transportation to and from Denver airport to Vail. For larger groups arriving at the same time, there is an option to book a van for 12. Our guests will receive 10% off. Please wait to book until our booking link is live. We will have an updated link soon.
Getting Around Vail
Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are limited and often unreliable in the Vail area. Fortunately, getting around is very easy.
If you are staying within Vail Village, most locations (including the gondola to our wedding venue), are within walking distance. In addition, a free shuttle bus runs regularly throughout the village (and all other base areas of the mountain), making it simple to hop on and off while exploring. The route is below, and the shuttles run on a continuous loop from 6:30am-1:30am daily. There are numerous stops throughout the village and they typically pickup at each stop every 5-10 minutes.
A car is only necessary if you plan to explore outside of Vail Village. Within the village, you’ll find excellent hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and activities. See activities tab for some fun ideas!
